See tooltip with full folder name when hovering over a folder

Anonymous user: When folders have long names, or many sub-folders, it can be challenging to see the full folder names. A potential quick-fix way of making this easier for the user is to enable a tooltip that pops up when hovering over a folder. So that you can then see the full name spelled out.
