Search function should include subfolders

Some topics are overlapping and my goodness, I would have to click on each sub-topic folder just to look for something. Makes a lot more sense to have the search results include encompassing subfolders. Otherwise, what's the point of subfolders????
The same logic should apply when viewing highlights. When you are viewing an article and are on the top-level or root folder, it should encompass the highlights for that article since it is in the sub-folder.
