Export text sorted by color/ label

I have to extract different information (symptoms, treatment, outcome) from hundreds of medical scientific papers. It would be very helpful if you could assign a label to the color markers like in revnote.io. It would also be very helpful if the marked text passages could be exported sorted by color/label (as it is shown online).

- Assign a label to the different colors (like in revnote.io)
- Export function for color-marked text sorted by color / label, as it is also shown online
e.g.:
- yellow: symptoms of the disorder
- green: treatment
- blue: symptoms after treatment
and so on

Seconding this feature request big time… It would be great if it was possible to export highlights grouped by color and not by website, since this is literally the purpose of highlighting - to collect and customize information on particular topics. With a Word file in colors from different sources, it's unfortunately not very helpful to write a piece of your own research when you need to find all the highlights that refer to one theme. I imagine that such a feature could look in a Word file just the same as it does on the website: first there goes the name of the folder, then all the highlights from that folder with notes and a link to the source. And so on.

Hi Johannes, it would be great if you could elaborate further on how you would want the color exporting to work. As mentioned earlier on this thread, we do have labelling of colors, but in regards to exporting we realize that we have plenty to improve upon. So it would be great if you could elaborate further, and screenshots if you have any.

Hi Johannes,
You can label the colors, simply go to the left side for your screen and click the edit button of the folder that you wish to use, then you can put a label on each color. Click this link and go to #3. (www.weavatools.com/the-weava-manual/)
