Ability to change/lock the popup box position

I see some apps include this feature and I guarantee that it's going to be a game-changer for users, especially ones with multiple extensions. The ability to change the popup box position means when you highlight a text, the popup box will and always appears from the position that you've previously set (left /right /above /below the chosen text). This feature will prevent the "stacked popup boxes" issues

+1 HERE, also the ability to disable the pop-up, and just only to make a shortcut key to highlight.

+1 with that request. It won't completely resolve it, but it might help with managing conflicts with other extensions and applications that display pop-up boxes.
