Enable Highlight colour names to be saved across multiple folders at once. e.g. a setting that allows you to edit highlight colour names and select which folders to apply them to. So users don't have to go through the naming process for multiple folders.

It's frustrating to have to reproduce a new highlighter color for each folder. A global option would be most helpful.
